Misha (ミーシャ Mīsha), or Shiina Mikado (御門 椎名 Mikado Shiina), is Shizune's best friend and only fellow member in the student council. She serves as her interpreter, and is the first to befriend Hisao in Yamaku. She helps him get used to the school in his first few days of his transfer. As well as helping Shizune convince Hisao to join the student council. Misha attends Yamaku as part of a sign language recruitment program, making her one of the few "normal" (i.e. having no physical disability) students attending the school.
